I. Information on the Processing of Personal Data

  4. Your personal data in the form of image recorded by surveillance cameras is stored for a maximum of 30 days and is then permanently deleted.

  5. The data subject has the right to access their personal data, request correction, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing.

  6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable law.

  9. The Administrator reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the service, which may be caused by the development of internet technologies or changes in data protection law. Users will be informed about all changes in a visible and understandable way.

    The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

    The Google Analytics system is used by us to track traffic on our website, as well as to create market and statistical analyses and to improve the quality of information presented on the website. Additionally, by using the Google Analytics system, we also create marketing lists based on specific actions taken by the User on the website.

    The Google Analytics tool we use stores data for 50 months from the date of collection. The retention period applies to user-level and event-level data associated with cookies, user identifiers (e.g., User-ID), and advertising identifiers (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID, and Apple ID for Advertisers).
